Job Description:
As an AI Kid Learning Specialist, you will shape the way the next generation interacts with technology. You will focus on creating AI interactions that are not just educational, but psychologically appropriate for children, ensuring that the AI acts as a supportive and safe companion in their developmental journey.
You will research and implement learning theories into AI workflows, ensuring the models adapt to a child’s pace, curiosity, and unique learning style. Safety and ethics are paramount in this role; you will be the primary advocate for the child’s well-being in our product ecosystem.
Working remotely, you will collaborate with designers and engineers to create intuitive, voice-activated, or visual AI interfaces that spark creativity. Your goal is to turn “screen time” into “growth time” through the power of adaptive intelligence.
Responsibilities:
Design pedagogical frameworks for AI interactions targeting children.
Evaluate AI content for safety, age-appropriateness, and educational value.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to build child-friendly AI interfaces.
Conduct research on the long-term impact of AI on early childhood learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Developmental Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or EdTech.
Experience in creating educational content or software for kids.
Understanding of AI safety protocols regarding minors (COPPA/GDPR-K).
Strong empathy and creative storytelling abilities.
