Sales Manager | IT, Cybersecurity and AI Solutions

CYBORA is an innovative technology startup that creates advanced IT, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence solutions for business. Our goal is to help small and medium-sized businesses and large organizations grow safely, efficiently and strategically in the digital environment. We work with international clients in the UK and EU markets, and in the near future we are actively expanding to the US market. Our solutions include cyber risk, technology management, security compliance, AI automation solutions and strategic IT development.

We are looking for

Experienced Sales Manager, with strong experience in B2B technology sales and the ability to independently generate and close deals in international markets.

Salary

  • Fixed salary: € 2,000 – €5,000 EUR gross (depending on experience and markets)

  • Additional commissions: from sales (without “ceiling”)

  • Total Annual Income Opportunity (TOE): € 60,000 – €120,000+ EUR

Responsibilities:

  • Naujų klientų paieška ir aktyvi pardavimų plėtra UK, EU ir US rinkose

  • Pardavimų (pipeline anlg.) valdymas

  • Verslo pasiūlymų rengimas ir derybų vedimas

  • Ilgalaikių santykių su klientais kūrimas

  • Pardavimų strategijos įgyvendinimas kartu su vadovybe

  • Bendradarbiavimas su technine komanda sprendimų pristatymui klientams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ne mažesnė nei 3 metų patirtis parduodant:

    • IT paslaugas

    • Kibernetinio saugumo sprendimus

    • Dirbtinio intelekto (AI) sprendimus

  • Patirtis dirbant su SVV segmentu (privalumas – patirtis su didelio lygio klientais)

  • Labai geri aktyvios B2B pardavimų įgūdžiai

  • Puikus LinkedIn pardavimų (social selling anlg.) išmanymas:

    • (Lead angl.) generavimas

    • Tinklo plėtra

    • Šaltų kontaktų strategija

    • Asmeninio prekės ženklo vystymas

  • Patirtis UK ir ES rinkose

  • Didelis privalumas – patirtis JAV rinkoje

  • Gebėjimas dirbti startup aplinkoje (greitis, lankstumas, atsakomybė)

  • Puikios lietuvių, anglų kalbos žinios (žodžiu ir raštu), kitos kalbos privalumas (papildomi pliusai, arabų, vokiečių, ispanų, prancūzų kalbos)

  • Orientacija į rezultatą ir uždarytus sandorius
