Job Description:
As an AI Law Tester, you will serve as the critical filter between technical innovation and legal necessity. Your primary role is to subject our AI models to “stress tests” regarding data privacy, algorithmic bias, and transparency, ensuring every deployment adheres to the stringent standards set by the EU AI Act and local Lithuanian statutes.
You will work closely with both the legal department and the engineering team to identify potential compliance risks before they reach the market. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to interpret abstract legal requirements into actionable technical feedback.
Working remotely, you will stay updated on the evolving landscape of AI regulation within the European Union. Your mission is to protect both the organization and the end-users by ensuring our technology is not only powerful but ethically and legally sound.
Responsibilities:
Audit AI models for compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
Document legal risks and provide mitigation strategies to developers.
Monitor Lithuanian national laws regarding digital services and AI ethics.
Prepare technical-legal documentation for regulatory submissions.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Law (LLM or equivalent), ideally with a focus on IT or Data Protection.
Deep understanding of the EU AI Act and Lithuanian legal systems.
Experience in compliance testing, auditing, or legal tech.
Ability to bridge the gap between legal terminology and technical requirements.
