Job Description:
The AI School Education Learner role is dedicated to modernizing the Lithuanian classroom. You will analyze the national curriculum (Bendrosios programos) to ensure our AI tools provide relevant support to both teachers and students, making advanced technology accessible and useful within the local context.
You will act as a specialist who understands the nuances of the Lithuanian education system, identifying where AI can solve specific challenges like teacher burnout or personalized student support. Your work ensures that our solutions are not just “global” but “local,” speaking the language and meeting the standards of Lithuanian schools.
In this remote role, you will be the voice of the Lithuanian educator and student within our development cycle. You will help bridge the digital divide by ensuring AI tools are practical, culturally relevant, and linguistically accurate.
Responsibilities:
Map AI tool capabilities to the Lithuanian national education curriculum.
Develop localized educational prompts and content in the Lithuanian language.
Gather feedback from local schools to drive product improvements.
Advise on the ethical implementation of AI in Lithuanian classrooms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within the Lithuanian education system (Teacher, Admin, or EdTech).
Deep knowledge of the Lithuanian national curriculum and pedagogical standards.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
Passion for digital transformation in the public education sector.
