Job Description:
The Government Project Manager acts as the critical bridge between sophisticated AI technology and the rigid requirements of public sector governance. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all deliverables meet strict compliance, security, and ethical standards while remaining on schedule and within budget.
Working in this role requires a deep understanding of public procurement processes and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to high-ranking government officials. You will ensure that our AI solutions are transparent, accountable, and provide genuine value to the citizenry.
In a remote capacity, you will maintain rigorous documentation and reporting standards. Your goal is to foster trust in technology through meticulous planning, risk mitigation, and clear communication within a highly scrutinized environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for government contracts.
Ensure full compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR/EU AI Act) and security protocols.
Facilitate communication between government agencies and internal technical teams.
Prepare comprehensive progress reports, impact assessments, and audit documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in government-linked IT projects or public sector consulting.
Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
Familiarity with public procurement regulations and bureaucratic workflows.
Exceptional diplomacy and written communication skills in Lithuania (mandatory) and (extra mile) English, Russian, Polish.
