White-label SaaS — your product, our platform
White-label software means you take a production-ready platform, apply your branding to every surface, and sell it to your clients as your own service. For security and compliance, this matters because the hardest parts — real-time threat detection, continuous GRC evidence, regulatory framework mapping, and sovereign AI — take years to build and millions to operate correctly.
The SaaS architecture
CYBORA runs a multi-tenant SaaS platform in which each white-label partner receives a dedicated logical tenant. Your tenant is isolated: your end-clients' data, Private AI model, GRC evidence, and SOC alerts never mix with another partner's. The underlying infrastructure — compute, storage, networking, and the CYBORA analyst team — is shared at the platform level, giving you enterprise-grade reliability without enterprise-grade infrastructure costs.
How branding works
Every client-facing surface is themed to your brand: the dashboard domain and SSL certificate, logo and colour palette, report cover pages and executive summaries, email alerts and HybridSOC notifications, and the login screen your clients land on. CYBORA does not appear anywhere your clients can see. We operate the same way a white-label cloud provider operates for a telecoms reseller — entirely behind the scenes.
What CYBORA continues to operate
You deliver the client relationship and the service wrap; CYBORA operates the engine. That means 24/7 HybridSOC analyst monitoring, continuous Agentic GRC evidence collection, regulatory framework updates as law changes, Private AI model management, infrastructure security and uptime, and the Cybora API that connects it all. You never need to hire a SOC analyst or a compliance engineer to deliver the platform.
From application to live platform in weeks
Apply & Qualify
Submit a white-label enquiry via the form below. Our team reviews your profile, client base and target market within two business days and confirms whether the programme is a fit.
Scope & Sign
We scope the deployment together: number of end-clients, frameworks to activate, branding requirements, and whether 24/7 HybridSOC coverage is included. You sign the White Label Agreement and DPA, and we issue the setup invoice.
Build Your Branded Environment
CYBORA engineers configure your dedicated tenant: domain, SSL, logo, colour palette, report templates, and SSO. Typical delivery is two to four weeks from agreement signature.
Onboard Your First Clients
Once your environment is live, you register end-clients from your partner console. Each client receives a magic-link email to activate their account — no passwords to manage. On first login they see your branded dashboard and can immediately explore their compliance posture and request additional services.
Sell, Deliver & Grow
CYBORA runs the engine behind the scenes. You focus on client relationships, upselling services, and expanding your portfolio. Revenue scales linearly with clients onboarded; your per-client fee is billed monthly and invoiced to you in arrears.
Passwordless access — email magic link for your clients
When you onboard an end-client from your partner console, CYBORA automatically sends them a branded activation email on your behalf. That email contains a time-limited magic link — no password to set, no credentials to lose. Clicking the link authenticates the user directly into your branded dashboard.
1. You register the client
From your partner console you enter the client's company name, primary contact email, and the frameworks you want activated. One click creates their isolated tenant.
2. Magic-link email sent
CYBORA immediately sends a branded email from your domain (e.g. noreply@yourcompany.com) containing a secure, time-limited magic link. No password is created or stored.
3. Client clicks the link
The link authenticates the client directly into your branded dashboard. On first login they are guided through a short setup wizard that collects their profile and compliance scope.
4. Dashboard & request form
Once inside, clients see their compliance posture, GRC evidence timeline, HybridSOC alerts, and a service request form where they can ask for additional modules, reports, or analyst time — all branded as your service.
5. Price list & upgrades
Clients who want additional services see a price list you define and control. Upgrade requests flow to your team first; you approve and CYBORA provisions the additional capacity within 24 hours.
Magic links expire after 15 minutes and are single-use. After the initial login, returning clients authenticate via a fresh magic link or — if you have configured SSO — via your corporate identity provider. No passwords are ever stored in the CYBORA platform.
Requirements to join the white-label programme
We work with partners who are serious about delivering compliance and security services professionally. These are the baseline requirements for joining the programme.
Regulated-Industry Focus
CYBORA's white-label programme is open to MSPs, compliance consultancies, law firms, and technology providers that serve regulated clients — financial services, healthcare, critical infrastructure, and SaaS companies operating under NIS2, DORA, MiCA, HIPAA, ISO 27001 or equivalent frameworks.
Minimum Client Base
Partners are expected to onboard at least three end-clients within the first six months. This ensures the economics work for both sides and that our onboarding team can give your deployment the attention it deserves.
Designated Technical Contact
You must nominate one technical contact on your side who will own the integration, receive platform updates, and liaise with CYBORA's team. This person will have a direct line to your named account manager.
Confidentiality & Sub-Processing Agreement
As a white-label partner you become a data controller for your end-clients' data processed on the CYBORA platform. We provide a standard Data Processing Agreement and Sub-Processor Schedule that must be signed before go-live.
Branding Compliance
You may use your own branding freely. The one restriction: you may not represent the platform as your own proprietary development in contexts where that would be materially misleading — for example, regulatory filings or investor materials. Our White Label Agreement covers this in plain language.
How white-label pricing works
Most white-label deployments combine two or more of the models below. The right mix depends on your service scope, client volume, and support requirements. All pricing is confirmed during the scoping call — the ranges below are indicative.
Why CYBORA white-label accelerates your business
Speed-to-Market
The CYBORA engine is already running in production for regulated clients across the EU, UK, and US. You skip three to five years of platform R&D and go to market in weeks — with GRC evidence, HybridSOC detection, and board-level reporting available from day one, under your brand.
Cost-Effective Scaling
Building a sovereign compliance and security platform from scratch means hiring security architects, compliance analysts, data engineers, and SOC operators — and then maintaining everything as regulation evolves. White-labelling CYBORA replaces all of that with a predictable monthly fee. You invest in selling and delivering, not in building infrastructure.
Brand Visibility
Every dashboard, report, alert and client-facing export carries your name. Your clients see your platform — not ours. That means every framework audit you help them pass, every threat CYBORA's analysts contain, and every board report generated all strengthen your brand's reputation for delivering expert-grade security and compliance.
Client Loyalty & Retention
When a client's GRC evidence, SOC alerts, policy documents and compliance posture all live inside your branded platform, switching cost rises sharply. You become the operational backbone of their regulatory programme — not a vendor they can easily swap out. That stickiness translates directly into multi-year contracts and expansion revenue.
What to evaluate before you commit
White-labelling a compliance and security platform is a significant business decision. Here is how CYBORA measures up against the questions every responsible partner should ask.
Platform Quality
CYBORA is ISO 27001-certified, DORA-aligned and SOC 2-ready — the underlying engine meets the same regulatory bar your clients are trying to achieve. You are not re-labelling a generic product; you are putting your name on a platform purpose-built for regulated industries.
Provider Reputation
We operate real HybridSOC monitoring for financial institutions, healthcare providers and critical infrastructure. Our analysts and the technology behind Agentic GRC have a verifiable track record. Before you stake your brand on any white-label vendor, ask to see their incident history and client references — we are happy to share ours.
Customisation Depth
You control domain, logo, colour scheme, report templates, and the label on every client-facing surface. More advanced customisation — custom feature sets, bespoke regulatory modules, or deep SSO integration — is scoped during onboarding. There are no artificial limits; the platform was designed to disappear behind your brand.
Financial Planning
White-labelling CYBORA is an investment, not an expense. Model your unit economics before signing: setup fee amortised over your contract length, monthly license versus the revenue per client, and the support tier that matches your delivery model. Most partners reach breakeven within the first two to three clients.
Common questions
Do our end-clients know CYBORA is involved?
No. Every client-facing surface — dashboard, domain, emails, reports, and alerts — carries your branding exclusively. CYBORA's name does not appear anywhere your clients can see. We operate like the engine inside the car: essential, invisible, and running continuously.
Is this the same as the CYBORA Partner Programme?
No. The Partner Programme is for referring and co-selling CYBORA under the CYBORA brand. White Label is for partners who want to resell the platform entirely under their own brand, with no CYBORA branding visible to end-clients.
How long does the branded environment take to build?
Standard deployments — single domain, custom logo and colours, standard report templates — are typically live within two to four weeks of agreement signature. More complex setups involving deep SSO integration, multi-jurisdiction tenants, or custom regulatory modules are scoped individually and may take six to eight weeks.
Can we add our own pricing on top and set our own margins?
Completely. You pay CYBORA the per-client and license fees; you charge your clients whatever your market supports. We do not prescribe resale pricing. Many partners bundle CYBORA's platform with their own consulting, audit, and advisory services to create a higher-margin managed offering.
What frameworks can end-clients access?
The full CYBORA catalogue: NIS2, DORA, MiCA, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, AML6, and over 160 additional frameworks. You choose which frameworks are activated per client, and the Agentic GRC engine handles evidence collection and mapping automatically.
Is HybridSOC analyst coverage included?
It depends on the tier you select. The platform license covers automated detection and alerting. 24/7 human analyst coverage is an add-on — priced per end-client or as a flat monthly block — and operates exactly as it does for direct CYBORA clients, just under your brand.
