Cookie Policy
Last updated: January 16, 2026
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to website owners. Similar technologies such as local storage may also be used for the same purposes.
2. Cookies We Use
We use a small number of cookies on this website. This list describes every one of them — we don't list categories we don't actually use.
Strictly Necessary
These cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as recording your cookie consent preference or your language choice. No personal data is shared with third parties as a result of these cookies.
- cybora_cookie_consent: stores your cookie consent choice. Set by us. Expires after 12 months.
- cybora_lang: remembers your chosen site language. Set by us. Expires after 12 months.
Analytical
These first-party cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website — number of visitors, pages viewed, browser/device and referrer — so we can improve it. They are only set with your consent, and we don't use any third-party analytics service such as Google Analytics.
- cybora_visitor_id: a random ID used to count unique visitors and page views. Set by us. Expires after 12 months.
Performance (heatmap)
With your consent, we anonymously record where visitors click (as page-relative coordinates) to build usage heatmaps that show us which parts of a page get used.
Marketing Cookies
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies on this website.
3. Your Consent
When you first visit our website, a banner asks for your cookie preference. You can reject all non-essential cookies, accept all, or use the granular toggles to choose Analytical and Performance cookies individually. Your preference is stored in the cybora_cookie_consent cookie for 12 months. You can change it at any time via the cookie icon in the corner of the site, or by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site to trigger the banner again.
4. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can also control cookies directly through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view and delete cookies currently stored on your device, block cookies from specific websites, block all third-party cookies, and set preferences on a site-by-site basis. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of this website.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we add new third-party services or change how we use cookies. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
Acceptable Use Policy
Access to the CYBORA platform and API may not be used to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test; to store or transmit unlawful content; or to attempt to circumvent the security or rate limits of our services. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
We welcome good-faith reports of security issues in our platform or infrastructure. Please report findings to info@cybora.tech before disclosing publicly, avoid accessing or modifying data that isn't yours, and give us a reasonable period to investigate and remediate before publication.
Accessibility Statement
We aim to make our websites usable for as many people as possible, including keyboard navigation and visible focus states throughout. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, let us know and we'll work to address it.
